Renovation of a hotel with a total area of 2.156sq.m. in Paphos, Cyprus.
The project involved the planning, supply and installation of the metal frame for the vertical extensions to the existing buildings and a new metal structure in the pool area, as well as the supply and installation of the permanent metal formwork of the new levels of the building.

DETACHED HOUSE IN KEFALARI
Learn moreConstruction of an additional floor to a newly built two storey house in Kefalari Attica. The project involved the manufacture and construction of the metal frame of the first floor of a new 500sqm two-storey house with a basement and a pool.
A special feature of the house is the cantilevered balcony that protrudes 7 m. from the building.
The architectural plans were prepared by Zege Architects and the structural design plans by Ypsilon Ltd.
